Quality Supervisor (Team Leader) - Manufacturing Site near Náchod

An international family-owned manufacturer of electrical components and cable assemblies is expanding its Czech production site. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Supervisor who will drive quality excellence, develop processes, lead a small team, and act as a key partner to production and customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Establish and standardize quality processes across production.
• Manage the Quality Assurance and Testing team.
• Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions (8D).
• Reduce scrap and rework through continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, CIP).
• Conduct internal and supplier audits.
• Cooperate closely with customers on quality-related topics.
• Monitor quality KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

Your Profile

• Technical education
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the automotive or industrial or production sector
• Ability to reduce of claims and improve processes, setting up quality structures
• Ability to drive change and engage employees across the organization.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on results.
• Fluent Czech and communicative English or German.
