Your responsibilities

• Supervision of assigned key accounts.
• Further development and expansion of the Czech Republic and Slovakia region.
• Ongoing market observation and analysis as well as preparation of current market reports for our internal sales organization.
• Creation, tracking and management of offers in our CRM system.
• Supporting the sales manager in the development of customer strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on data analysis, campaigns and customer retention activities.

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial education.
• Several years of relevant experience in polymer sales, preferably of PE-, PP-, and PS-types.
• Spoken and written languages: English and Czech and/or Slovak.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Ability to empathize with both internal and external stakeholders in combination with a high level of communication skills.
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and strength in conclusion.
• Car driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Independent and responsible working style as well as a high level of reliability.

The gross salary will range from EUR 3,000.00 to approx. EUR 4,000.00 gross, depending heavily on your previous professional experience and qualifications. There is a willingness to overpay if you have many years of experience and if the requirements are exceeded.
