BONARD is a leading provider of data, research, and advisory services for student housing and rented residential real estate. Our clients include institutional investors, funds, banks, developers, and operators. The quality bar is high because our work supports significant investment decisions.

We are expanding our Rented Residential Unit and are looking for a Market Research Analyst who can independently take projects from brief to delivery. You will join a team of researchers producing studies that directly inform multi-million-euro investment decisions. This is a role for someone who takes genuine ownership, produces precise and well-argued work, and is comfortable presenting findings to sophisticated financial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage research projects end-to-end
• Collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative market data to identify trends and draw conclusions
• Produce professional research reports, presentations and visuals for institutional investment audiences
• Present findings to clients in live sessions, webinars and industry events
• Support clients using BONARD's data platform
• Coordinate with data collectors, designers and external contributors to keep projects on track
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining BONARD's high quality standards
• Stay current on student housing and BTR market developments across key cities and countries

Who We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in research, consulting, or advisory
• Strong analytical skills: you will work with quantitative data, identify trends, and build a well-reasoned argument from evidence
• Clear, structured writing: you will produce professional reports read by institutional investors
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit tight deadlines independently
• Confident presenting findings to clients
• Fluent English; comfortable working in an international, remote team
