Position Summary

The exclusive distributor of Under Armour in the CEE region is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to develop and expand our online business across the CEE countries (CZ/SK/HU/SI/Baltics). This role is based in our Prague headquarters. You will play a key role in advancing our mission to make athletes better by delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Asset Management

· Create and prepare banners for e-commerce and digital campaigns.

· Develop newsletters and promotional emails and prepare and manage transactional email flows.

· Coordinate translations with external agencies and the Under Armour international team.

· Manage photo databases and coordinate product imagery needs.

· Prepare product descriptions and perex texts.

Campaign Execution & Performance

· Plan and schedule campaigns, promotions, and email marketing activities and management of notifications in apps.

· Support performance marketing by launching campaigns, native ads, and crafting ad copy.

· Contribute to long-term brand and promotional campaigns across channels.

· Monitor competition to identify opportunities and best practices.

E-Commerce Operations

· Organise product sorting and merchandising on the e-shop, regularly review product data.

· Oversee landing page creation and updates.

· Manage on-site search tools and ensure optimal search performance.

· Conduct ongoing website and app quality checks—banner updates, page maintenance, testing.

Customer Journey & CRM

· Contribute to CRM strategy—propose, build, and deploy CRM campaigns.

· Collaborate closely with Customer Care to ensure a seamless digital experience.

AI-Supported Creative & Web Tasks

· Create visuals, graphics, and web copy using AI-supported tools.

· Implement quick design and content updates to support ongoing initiatives.

Cross-Team Collaboration

· Work closely with:

· Product team (assortment, launches)

· Marketing team (campaigns, brand initiatives)

· Performance marketing

· CRM specialists

· Customer Care

· Graphic design team

Participate in regular cross-functional meetings and planning sessions.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

· Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online content creation.

· Understanding of online merchandising and customer journeys.

· Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and speed.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail.

· Comfortable working with AI tools to enhance creative output.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

· Czech native speaker (or very good CZ language skills), English proficiency required; additional CEE languages are a plus.
