We are currently seeking an organized and passionate person to support our employees in the role of People & Culture Specialist.

Some of your goals in the first year will include:

Master the administration related to employment, attendance, and benefits at ISP
Learn to answer typical labour law questions
Build strong relationships with our employees and support them in their well-being
Negotiate with ISP suppliers for the best possible prices and conditions
Research and suggest improvements of HR processes
Learn to manage recruitment of new colleagues
Take care of company events, such as the summer party, anniversary celebrations and birthday lunches.

To help you feel comfortable and excel in the role, there are just a few things you need to have:

Experience with similar goals
Being highly organized and attentive to detail
Excellent English and at least intermediate Czech
Eternal optimism :)
