Junior New Business Development Representative UK/USA (New Business Development – Cooperation & Support to the Business Director)

 The Role

Your primary responsibility is to open senior-level opportunities, secure qualified meetings, and support early-stage new business development and acquisition.

This role includes in the role training, hands-on development with a clear pathway to a more senior role after a 12-month review and milestone acheivements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-value target sector accounts.
• Engage senior decision-makers and secure qualified appointments.
• Conduct and join initial MST/Teams introductions where appropriate.
• Support sales admin, price offers, samples and project coordination.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and report weekly on outreach & KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• A native English speaker.
• French language skills are beneficial, but not a requirement.
• Strong communicator, confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
• 0–2 years' experience in B2B sales or commercial outreach (or high potential).
• Professional presence, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to structure your own workflow.
• Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage.
