Purpose of the Role

The Customer Service Representative for Waste Management and Supply Chain Management supports the daily operations of waste and raw material flow within Sibelco’s recycling network. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and coordination of waste management activities in line with environmental permits and national regulations, ensuring compliance, transparency, and smooth material supply.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

• Work daily with data from enterprise systems for analysis, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Prepare regular waste management reports and analytical summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile and maintain records of generated and processed waste (raw material and by-products).
• Create intake summaries for raw material suppliers and recovery organizations, authorities.
• Prepare data for annual reports on waste generation and management for submission to authorities.
• Monitor quantities covered by environmental permits and ensure ongoing compliance.

Waste Management & Compliance

• Supervise and ensure the execution of permits for waste reception and processing.
• Issue recycling certificates.
• Support documentation and traceability within EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) systems.

Supply Chain & Coordination

• Manage external warehouses and material hubs, ensuring accurate material flow and stock visibility.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain partners to secure timely shipments and ensure continuous material availability.
• Collaborate daily with suppliers, internal departments, and transport providers to maintain efficient operations.

Required Competencies & Skills

Technical & Professional

• Solid understanding of waste management, recycling processes, supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Experience in data management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental permits and reporting systems is a plus.

Language

• Czech – fluent
• English – minimum B2 level

Education & Experience

• Secondary or higher education in environmental management, logistics, or economics.
• Prior experience in waste management, supply chain, or environmental reporting preferred.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in an industrial or recycling context is an advantage.
