Global Support Centre (GSC) is new division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application. The goal of GSC is to support individual IPSOS countries in mystery shopping project management.
For our GSC Quality Assurance team we are looking for:
The Validator will be responsible for the content, language check and transcription of recordings from Mystery shoppers.
