At the After Sales department of Porsche Central and Eastern Europe, we are currently searching candidates for a position: After Sales Coordinator

After Sales Coordinator - Primary responsibilities:

• Business performance reporting and analysis of After Sales KPIs for Central and Eastern Europe (regional / importer / dealer level)
• Further development of automation methods and tools towards an intuitive and scalable After Sales reporting system (incl. utilization of Business Intelligence)
• Preparation and coordination of PCEE After Sales conferences, events, and visits
• Support After Sales Strategic initiatives and projects
• Coordination and self-dependent organization of project status meetings
• Regional management of owner´s manuals and maintenance booklets
• Conduct in-depth analysis & ad-hoc reporting based on demand and project needs
  
  

After Sales Coordinator - Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, business engineering and/or similar
• High interest in automotive After Sales, business performance analysis, databases, statistics, and IT systems is essential
• Strong analytical and communication skills & intercultural awareness
• Professional experience in automotive is advantageous
• Excellent verbal/written English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills & detail-oriented and accurate working attitude
• Understanding of workshop & parts KPIs and their usage in performance evaluation is beneficial
• Very good IT knowledge (standard PC Hardware and Software, incl. MS Office package)
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools is beneficial (e.g. MS PowerBI, SAP Analytics, Tableau)
• Target oriented approach including an appropriate level of assertiveness
• Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
  
  

Conditions:

• 12 month contract (can be prolonged in case of mutual interest)
• Gross salary: 75 000 - 90 000 CZK
• 13th monthly salary
• 5 weeks holiday
• 5 sick days
