Assistant Restaurant Manager

What will be your job description?

The successful candidate will be energetic with confidence in his/her ability and have experience in high performing quality hospitality venues/restaurant. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as a positive attitude with attention to detail, strong communication, organizational and planning skills and a desire to achieve success. Responsibilities include:

• Consistently delivering on guest expectations
• Efficient and profitable running of the venue/restaurant on a daily basis
• Achievement of weekly sales targets and net profits
• Effective management of costs
• Development of the team to foster a culture of continued improvement, high morale, challenge and career progression

We would like to meet you if you have:

• Ability to adapt to a changing schedule.
• Very good organizational skills to track data and perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Multitasking is your own
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• English at a communicative level (written and spoken)
• Like challenges
• Education in the field of hotel or restaurant operation
• Previous experience
• Desire to be part of an amazing team :-)
