The IT Developer Team Leader will be responsible for helping the business implement and develop technology solutions in a cost-effective way by working closely with the business analysts and management. Will be responsible for the internal transportation system Allyn Logistics Application's ( ALA ) continuous development, it's methodology and supporting projects within the business needs. Will lead an international & diverse team of 17 ( with 5-6 direct reports ) team members located around the world in different time zones. Liaison between the 3 division of software developers, business analysts and data programmers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience preferably in programming ( 3+ years of Team Leadership and Agile Development experience )
• Proficient level of C#, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, and Entity Framework knowledge
• Excellent documentation skills and toolkit of templates from previous work experiences
• Strong software design skills with a deep understanding of OO programming fundamentals and design pattern
• Travel flexibility ( 2-3 times per year to India, USA or other locations as per business need )
• Strong managerial & leadership skills
• Advanced level of English ( other language knowledge is a plus )
• Excellent time management & detail orientation skills

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, re-design, and development of technology products
• Planning developer tasks on an on-going basis
• Leading and reviewing developers work
• Working with other managers to coordinate timelines and ensures tasks are completed to those timelines
• Managing systems installation and software testing
• Developing automated unit tests and responsibility for testing own code before Systems Test and QA Test Phases begin
• Bug fixing
• Preparing functional specs
• Mentoring of graduates and junior developers
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients
• Documentation for all processes and stages of development

Interview Process :

• Screening Call with Talent Acquisition
• 1st round of interview with HR and Chief Technology Officer
• Technical Test
• 2nd round of interview with CEO
