As a Talent Partner, you go beyond simply sending CVs and filling positions. Your role involves engaging with business partners to identify, develop, and implement strategies for team building. You collaborate effectively with hiring managers on workforce planning, forecasting future hiring needs, and aligning hiring strategies with long-term headcount plans. You work closely with Business Stakeholders and other Talent Partners.

Your responsibilities include, among others, identifying, engaging, and acquiring hard-to-find talent through relationship-building and employing creative and innovative sourcing techniques. Additionally, you provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on staffing best practices. Establishing hiring metrics to optimize efficiency and assess the success of selecting top talent is an important aspect of your role.

To excel in this position, you should have the ability to partner with managers at all levels and possess experience in implementing the best hiring and sourcing practices, including utilizing tools, social media, and events. Your courage in educating, motivating, and influencing hiring managers is crucial. It is essential to communicate effectively and connect with customers at all levels. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders requires both passion and skill. Additionally, solid analytical skills are needed to convert data into sound business decisions.
