Data Analyst, Pricing strategist - Short term rentals

Airstay Prague is a short-term rental management company based in Prague. We take care of over 100 apartments in the city center and we concentrate on providing a quality and friendly service to both homeowners and guests.

Currently we are looking for someone to join our team who would help us as Pricing specialist and market analyst.

Key responsibilites would be market analysis, seting pricing strategies for units in our care, making yearly / monthly and weekly plans & executing these plans as well as creating price calculations for newly admited units. You would be working with softwares such as Airdna & Siesta extranet.

We seek for someone who is regularly available at least twice a week to work from our office and rest of the week on home office.

This is therefore a part time position. However as we like to promote from within the team there is definitely always possibility for fast advancement for those who are interested, enjoy it and prove to be great co-workers.

Ideal candidate is :

- Finance smart

- Has attention to detail

- Reliable and responsible & Loyal and discreet

- Is educated in marketing or finance sector

- Enjoys working with data & data programs

- Has previous experience with seting price strategies based on market analysis

- Is interested in shortterm rental market in Prague

- Can work at least four half days in a week.

- Operates Excell & powerpoint on profesional level
