- Managing customer orders processing, processing production projects and supervising complaints solution
- Taking over customer service processes and applying them in the practice within customer order
- Processing customer orders, preparing production projects from demand to serial order
- Processing orders / production projects calculation, incl. work and material cost and time sheet in response to production planning
- Coordinating internal processes between customer service, purchase, quality assurance and production
Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít
- Technical (machinery ideally) High School /University degree
- Fluent German both written and verbal, plus English is preferable
- Experience in production costs calculation and analyses
- Capability to read in a technical documentation
