Event Sales Executive

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Attend to function enquires collating essential client details and event requirements
• Solicit repeat, new and referral business to achieve targets, budgets and goals set
• Maintain food and beverage costs per function within the guidelines set aiming for the highest possible profit.
• Accurately monitor and action “To Do List” in Envision, follow-up on tentative bookings, deposits and any free traces
• Record lost or turned-down businesses with appropriate reasons and revenue in Envision.
• Coattend to function enquires collating essential client details and event requirements
• Solicit repeat, new and referral business to achieve targets, budgets and goals set
• Maintain food and beverage costs per function within the guidelines set aiming for the highest possible profit.
• Accurately monitor and action “To Do List” in Envision, follow-up on tentative bookings, deposits and any free traces
• Record lost or turned-down businesses with appropriate reasons and revenue in Envision.

We will be happy to meet you if:

• Diploma/qualification in related major
• Previous experience in this role
• Good communication in both English and Czech
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and develop
• Passionate for the hospitality industry
• High commitment
