Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will primarily communicate with existing customers via telephone and email/chat. You will also be responsible for processing data from clients and recording it in the system, as well as communicating with international clients in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing customers via telephone and email/chat
  • Processing data from clients and recording it in the system
  • Communicating with international clients in Europe
  • Cooperating with colleagues in the team


  • No special knowledge or education required, as training will be provided
  • Must have language proficiency of at least C1 level for communication with clients from different countries
  • Must have communicative English proficiency at least B2 level
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
