And how does it look here? We are based in Chodov in modern office premises. Data Engineer for Samsung
Cheil Czech is part of a significant international advertising agency based in South Korea with a presence in 60 countries worldwide. We are looking for a Data Engineer to propose and create a data warehouse while ensuring data quality. You will have the opportunity to choose the appropriate technological stack, including ETL solutions and visualization tools, and work alongside the data analyst to provide automated reports and dashboards for various business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create and map data models
- Manage the entire data pipeline from data extractions to writing data to the final database
- Ensure data quality and input requirements, verify correctness, and generate outputs for visualization tools
- Develop a migration strategy between systems
- Select an appropriate technological stack for building solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with the ETL process, ETL tools, and BI solution design
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouses
- Experience with databases (SQL / Snowflake / ...)
- Additional programming languages such as Python and R
- Experience with APIs
- A data-driven mindset, enthusiasm for data, and an understanding of its importance
- Independence and initiative when looking for information
- Active English language skills as foreign colleagues are part of the tea
