Sales Manager_remote work

Responsibilities:

• Active acquisition of new customers from the e-commerce sector on the Czech market
• Communicating with customers by phone or e-mail, in accordance with company standards and processes
• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
• supporting clients in launching campaigns;
• obtaining, verifying and processing customer orders;
• developing detailed product knowledge;
• analyzing data and creating reports.

Requirements:

• good communication skills;
• understanding of the online advertising market in the Czech Republic;
• experience (min. 1 year) in active online ad vertising sales
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of customer service tools and processes;
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs and expectations;
• high level of motivation and willingness to learn;
