FIT OUT PROJECT MANAGER in Prague

For our Prague Office we are looking for FIT OUT PROJECT MANAGER!

Key Abilities/ Requirements:

- The Ability to lead and manage commercial fit out construction projects independently

- The Ability to provide cost advice of commercial fit out construction projects

- Fluent English

- University education (technical field i.e. VUT, CVUT...)

Key responsibilities:

- Delivering refurbishment & fit out projects from inception to completion for local and international corporate occupier clients

- General involvement in the initial pitch delivery and continuous professional communication with Client

- From a construction viewpoint, form part of the lease negotiation team

- Day to day project management of the design, procurement & and construction process

- Risk management

- Day to day ‘Contract Administration’

Qualities and Personal attributes:

- The successful candidate needs to be a confident, proactive, self motivated and a ‘self starter’, who will form an integral part of the Project Management & Consultancy team in Cushman& Wakefield in Czech Republic

- The successful candidate needs to speak & write fluently in English & Czech/ Slovak language
