Job Title: Human Resources Specialist - EMEA


 Job Summary: 
The Human Resources Specialist - EMEA will support traditional human resources administrative tasks, processes, and programs as well as recruiting functions. The Specialist serves as a trusted business partner to the region's senior management and Directors. A large part of this role will be fast paced and high pressure as it relates to candidate sourcing across EMEA and direct involvement with all recruitment-related projects, especially within the Czech Republic. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote/client location) within Prague.

Essential Features:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner by providing accurate and timely information and assistance to the region's senior management and Directors.
  • Assist the Human Resources Director- EMEA with applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management, job description creation, candidate review/sourcing, passive external resume searches, phone screens, contracts, benefits, and presentation of candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner by providing accurate and timely information and assistance to the region's senior management and Directors.
  • Assist with all employee onboarding, payroll, and off-boarding activities including reporting projects.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of EMEA region, specifically within the Czech Republic, human resources and talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Bi-lingual skills: English and Czech. Additional languages, is a plus. Knowledge of employee working shifts and HR + Attendance systems is preferred.
