UI/UX Senior Designer

Earthbanc is looking for UI/UX Senior Designer to join our tech team in Central Moravia.

Earthbanc is mission driven business that delivers carbon and finance services globally. We grow new forests and restore ecosystems that bring back biodiversity and support farmers with new sources of revenue. Earthbanc supports communities on the front line of climate change and engage with farmers, landholders and NGOs. We enable investors to access high impact carbon removal credits – rapidly scaling up climate action with real and measurable social and environmental benefits.

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our young and flexible team onsite at our Prerov office. You'll be responsible for collaborating closely with the development and marketing teams. You'll also work with our remote team members across 8 timezones to ensure consistent quality and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and marketing teams to design and improve UI and UX of web and mobile applications, as well as social media and website deliverables.
• Work onsite at our Prerov office 2-3 days a week and remotely with our team across 8 timezones.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to explain and defend your design choices and educate others on the reasoning behind your decisions.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms using Figma design systems, components, and autolayout.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of at least 3 years of web and mobile design experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Expertise in Figma (design systems, components, autolayout).
• Fluency in Czech and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Photoshop.
• Video editing and animation skills using After Effects or similar software.
• Experience with Wordpress and Elementor builder.
