Your Responsibilities

• Installation of System Servers and Infrastructure Systems like printers, switches, firewalls and server side applications
• 1 st and 2 nd level enduser support in Ostrava on site for office and production users and in remotely for Hilite employees worldwide
• Responsible related IT support (computer, network, backup and system).
• Processing and tracking of issues in the company‘s own Help Desk.
• Documentation of Changes, Infrastructure and Architectures
• Report to IT Manager

Requirements

• 3-year standard vocational training, preferably in the field of computer science and operational experience or comparable
• Qualified further training: certifications regarding various IT systems
• Additional qualification: In-depth knowledge of specific IT Infrastructure such as Microsoft server operating systems, firewalls, and network components.
• Specialist experience 4 years
• Flexibility, collaboration, communication: within the scope of the task
• English fluent
