DEPARTMENT MANAGER - Victoria's Secret

Victoria's Secret store in the Czech Republic, are currently looking for people interested in the position Category Manager!

Your responsibilities are primarily:

• Maintaining the highest level of customer service;
• Maximizing the store's profit by taking advantage of opportunities to increase sales and reduce merchandise loss;
• Comprehensive management of a subordinate team: motivating and nurturing the professional development of employees;
• Reporting on the analysis of indicators and the level of budget implementation;
• Taking care of the display of products in accordance with the standards of the brand systematic rearrangement of display windows and the interior of the store;
• Collaborating with the team on regular replenishment of products in the sales area;

You are an experienced manager, you know that customer service is the key to success, you have well-developed skills in motivating employees, arranging the day's schedule, distributing responsibilities then you are definitely a candidate for category manager possition.

In addition, we expect you to be goal-oriented, able to analyse sales reports and contract in English.
