Financial Controller

The candidate will be part of the team, which is responsible for providing financial oversight and ensuring consistent financial reporting for 7GI Group and its international investments abroad (incl. Australia and in the US).

We are growing, now the financial team consists of 4 members.

Duties and responsibilities of the team, where every one a has specific role:

- Overseeing all financial planning and analysis process

- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Forecasting and budgeting future financial performance on consolidated level

- Analysing individual investments budgets and forecasts

- Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances for Company’s investments

- Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve performance reporting and relating financial processes

- Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate and compliant

Requirements:

- University degree

- Relevant experience in a similar controlling position (ideally +- 3 years of experience in Big4 & internal fin.deparment)

- Fluent English & Czech

- Strong analytical skills

- Team player

- SAP knowledge advantage
