What will be your tasks.

• Support with the preparation of the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of new business figures.
• You will be supporting the Sales and Marketing team of BMW Group Financial Services.
• Calculation of finance and insurance offers including testing of the BMW FS IT system.
• Support with BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad Financial Services offline and online marketing communication.
• Support the organization of company events (e.g. employee meetings, dealer meetings etc.).
• Processing of original customer documentation before contract activation.
• Support with presentation preparation for management in MS Powerpoint and with data analysis in MS Excel, testing of IT systems.

What knowledge and skill you should have.

• Minimal Bachelor tertiary education [Business or comparable).
• Native Czech or Slovak language and solid English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools is on advantage.
• Knowledge of financial services products is on advatage.
• Knowledge of automotive market.
• Reliable, self-motivated, results driven, quick-learner, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Driver's license group B.
