Plant Controller (Finanční manažer)

Your responsibilities:

• Financial controlling of manufacturing plan
• Managing of costing and quoting rates preparation
• Accountability for financial reporting in plant
• Preparing an annual budget, rolling forecast (2 times a year), weekly P&L simulation and control
• Managing and active participation in monthly/ quarterly/ yearly end close process
• Managing audits (SOX and external) processes
• Ensure effectiveness of all internal controls in plant
• Close cooperation with: internal GBS (GL, AR, AP, Purchasing, FPA), Plant and Business Unit Management Teams
• Team management

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a control position, preferably in a production environement (Automotive industry background would be an asset)
• Master degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
• Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP CO&FI / Hyperion Oracle will be an asset
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proactive attitude and personality of the team player
• High attention to detail, but with not losing the big picture from sight
• Good organizational skills
• Focus on team development
