Recruitment intern

What will you do:

  • Internship timeline: 3 month full time internship (10.7.- 10.10.2023)
  • Sourcing and Screening: Assist in searching for potential candidates through various platforms and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals
  • Candidate Engagement: Support of recruitment team in reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, and updating internal tracking system
  • Job Postings: Collaborate with the team to keep the job descriptions up to date and engaging for candidates, maintain accurate postings on job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Interview Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating interviews, including scheduling, sending interview invitations, and preparing interview materials
  • Participation in firm-building activities

What you should bring:

  • We expect you to have interest and passion for recruitment as a field
  • LinkedIn will be your best friend in this role, so we would like you to have a positive approach to it & be willing to develop your direct sourcing skills 😊
  • Strong sense of ownership towards your work and the company
  • Desire to excel and to be creative
  • Fluency in English (spoken + written) at least B2 level
  • Affinity towards data – no need to have amazing Excel or reporting skills, but we would like you to have a positive attitude to numbers 😊
