Structure - Together with our significant partner, we currently own 15 production factories in Europe, strategically located in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. European Sales Director
At BEZ Transformátory - a stable company in the energy industry with a 120-year market tradition, we are looking for an inspirational leader to lead our sales team for Central and Eastern Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, sales performance and market growth for BEZ Transformátory in the region.

Your main missions are the following:
• Implementation of the company's strategic goals and operational plans
• Responsibility for the elaboration, implementation and development of the company's business strategy
• Leading, motivating, developing the sales team to ensure that is fully engaged to achieve best performance
• Defining and developing regional market growth strategies
• Monitoring changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
• Maintaining relationships with key customers
• Ensuring the performance of process analysis and the efficiency of services provided
• Reporting and analytics

Personality requirements and skills:
• University education in the field of power engineering is a big advantage
• Experience in electrical engineering, ideally in the field of energy in an international environment
• Demonstrable experience with successful international sales team management
• Active knowledge of English - spoken and written
