European leader in online sales of contact lenses is looking for a new team member to a position Customer Service for ES market

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Customer Care
  • Communication with expedition
  • Translations
  • Cooperation on Mailing campaigns and Social Media
  • Cooperation with Online team
  • Ad hoc tasks in online marketing
  • Opportunity to learn and apply new skills
  • Start date: immediately

We are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Native speaker or at least at the C1 level in Spanish
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Communicative second language as an advantage
  • High-School graduate
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Sheets and Docs) as an advantage
  • Independent, communicative and pro-active personality
