We are looking for experienced Java developer responsible for maintaining and further development of Java applications. Primary responsibilities will be to design and develop solutions/changes and to support applications running in production.
Your Role and Responsibilities :
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Java code
- Support of testing and production deployments
- Analysis of reported bugs and issues
- Maintain code quality, organisation, and automation
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- 2 years of experience in Java development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, familiarity with standard design patterns
- Familiarity with Java frameworks - Spring, JDBC/ORM, JUnit, Mockito
- Experience with using relational databases
- Strong grasp of GIT version control system
- Knowledge of agile development principles
- English language (both written and spoken)
