Marketing Specialist – Advertising Designer

Your mission:

  • The Advertising Designer is responsible for the design and execution of all creative assets required for the success of our digital advertising programs globally. Working in partnership with our Media Planner, this role will lead the creative strategy for effectively reaching and connecting with Pricefx buyers across a range of digital platforms including Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, G2 and others.
  • You will have the opportunity to build Pricefx’s in-house digital media function globally at the fastest-growing pricing software company. In this fast-paced environment, you will be tasked with building and launching a variety of display and social media ad campaigns, collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues & tackle business problems, meeting, and exceeding revenue goals, analyzing data and interpreting consumer behavior.
  • As part of the Marketing team you’ll be surrounded by passionate marketing professionals that believe in bringing our F-words; Fast, Flexible, and Friendly; to live each day for our customers, partners, and one another.

You will be in charge of:

  • Planning, designing, executing and measuring the impact of digital and social media ad campaigns
  • Ensuring consistency of message, aesthetic, effectiveness and audience for selected target audiences
  • Conducting audience research and implementing results to refine the impact of advertising messaging and strategy
  • Developing copy for ad messaging; working with Content Writer on copy for ad messaging
  • Collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, Solution Strategy and Sales to define and refine messaging and creative strategy for maximum pipeline conversion
  • Collaborating with the Content Marketing team to align on design and messaging for advertising
  • Refreshing and publishing all creative assets for multiple dozens of ongoing media campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Incorporating video and photographic assets into advertising unit delivery
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Project Manager and Media Planner to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of campaign materials.
  • Support design production of website and other collateral with in-house graphician

What should you have to succeed:

  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related
  • Practical hands-on experience designing ad formats for Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Practical experience designing video ads
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in advertising and marketing
  • Be a true team player and cherish the team’s success
  • Comfort with multiple stakeholders' working process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management
  • A deep desire to make marketing beautiful, exciting, and exceptionally clear and easy to understand
  • Fluent English knowledge is a must
  • To be authorized to work lawfully in the Czech Republic
