Revenue Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Build cross team function with focus on Sales and Customer Success with tight cooperation with Marketing, Customer Care, Data and Finance teams.
  • Joing and help establishing Shoptet’s Revenue Operations team.

Salesforce Reporting

  • Support teams with reporting preparation.

Data (across teams with focus on our sales department).

  • Business analytics of revenue process efficiency.
  • Light data analytics to ensure predictability.
  • Data administration (clean data = actionable and realistic predictions).

Knowledge management

  • Onboarding of new teams’ members.
  • Continuous training on new updates of the Revenue process.

Tech stack

Good knowledge of internal business tools and their possibilities to create higher efficiency for smoother customer journey and internal process.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce Sales cloud.
  • Previous experience with Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • “Seen that, done that” in Sales operations, business analysis or similar (we need to learn from you).
  • Comfortable with Sales environment (not afraid to “sell ideas to sales leaders”).
  • Self-starter with focus on a detail.

Please note, that native Czech language is required for this position.
