Revenue Operations Specialist
- Build cross team function with focus on Sales and Customer Success with tight cooperation with Marketing, Customer Care, Data and Finance teams.
- Joing and help establishing Shoptet’s Revenue Operations team.
- Support teams with reporting preparation.
Data (across teams with focus on our sales department).
- Business analytics of revenue process efficiency.
- Light data analytics to ensure predictability.
- Data administration (clean data = actionable and realistic predictions).
- Onboarding of new teams’ members.
- Continuous training on new updates of the Revenue process.
Good knowledge of internal business tools and their possibilities to create higher efficiency for smoother customer journey and internal process.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Sales cloud.
- Previous experience with Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- “Seen that, done that” in Sales operations, business analysis or similar (we need to learn from you).
- Comfortable with Sales environment (not afraid to “sell ideas to sales leaders”).
- Self-starter with focus on a detail.
Please note, that native Czech language is required for this position.
