Main responsibilities are:

  • Initiation, preparation, creation of requests and evaluation of price comparisons
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations in a national and international environment
  • Preparation of decision templates and presentation of the results to Autodoc procurement
  • Close cooperation with the purchasing organizations
  • Scouting of suppliers and start-ups to evaluate necessary innovations and support the integration into the company
  • Interface management between supplier and internal stakeholder
  • Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiation

Requirements:

  • A successfully completed university degree or commercial professional training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing in a retail or e-commerce company
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Motivated way of working with a high team player mentality
  • Very good knowledge of Czech and English
