We are looking for a 1st Level Helpdesk Technician with English plus Spanish language proficiency.

This role mainly includes the task as Customer Service Support combined with basic IT know-how. If you are not from the IT industry and would like to discover the world of IT, surely Kyndryl will provide you training on the job. Your role will be providing customer support to employees of our partner companies, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats. Have some basic IT skills such as experience with Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems.
