Client BI Solution Analyst - Prague, Anděl
We are calling for all people with an interest in business intelligence and data analytics.
As a Client BI Solution Analyst you will be part of a Global Customer Success agenda by providing support to the Sales community worldwide. You will deliver to our international internal clients qualitative and automated reports of our customer activity, develop and design tools and related materials, and maintain data collection and other data distribution processes.
✔️ Design sales reports and dashboards using various tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Salesforce)
✔️ Monitor internal users’ requests - ticket and shared mailbox management, ad-hoc reporting
✔️ Support the implementation and monitor the maintenance of various data sources in the Global Reporting Data Warehouse (data collection, business requirements, testing)
✔️ Support the implementation of enhanced releases in Client BI Platform
✔️ Interact with team members, corporate IT, end users and work closely with various offices and product teams across the world
✔️ Prepare user materials and participate in trainings and other communication channels
What makes you an ideal candidate?
✔️You have numerical skills and data analytics (orientation within a data set, chart types)
✔️You are communicative, articulate and fluent in English (Czech not mandatory)
✔️You have advanced skills in MS Excel (data types, manipulation with data, pivoting)
✔️You are team worker, tech spirit and customer oriented
✔️Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, or other similar tools is an advantage
