Your Role and Responsibilities :
Operational responsibilities for 25-30 employees providing Global IaaS support. Full responsibility for all personnel and business matters such as leadership, Service delivery, workforce planning, and guidance/coaching of staff to ensure that business objectives and client requirements are met. Effectively manage business operations, handle client escalations, identify exposures and implement actions that will result in high client satisfaction. Strong communication and negotiation skills . Simplify complex goals and help individuals and teams to align priorities with KYNDRYL's strategic direction. Advise and coach employees to help them develop their skills and capabilities to best meet their career desires and current or future business needs. Foster teamwork and inclusion across organizations, cultures and geographies -- and promote KYNDRYL's diversity and inclusive leadership and KYNDRYL Values . Lead by example

Other Activities:

  • Participate in employee selection, hiring
  • Conducts meetings, reviews on work related items with the team members,
  • Controls, reviews work and holiday planning within the team
  • Drives and coordinates performance control and feedback process with team members
  • Creates recommendation for outstanding performance recognition
  • Enforces healthy, open atmosphere within the team
