Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee complex interior architecture project management services for our client, an international outdoor/activity active wear client.
This opportunity will involve analysing store layout plans and drawings, and then planning and organising all internal fixtures and fittings for the various different client locations. This could be from the height of ceilings for wallpaper to the logistics of getting units and fittings into the store. You will love this opportunity if you have experience of, and a passion for, retail interior store fit outs, residential or building fit outs.
As Project Manager you will brief, coordinate and check output of all team members to ensure that each project (range of POS materials) is planned properly from start to finish; from initial planning, production, picking & packing, delivery and installation as well as communication throughout with suppliers – ensuring that each project is completed in the required destination in the agreed quality and time frame.
Based at our Prague office, with hybrid working available there will be occasional international travel to client sites required.
*Please note that fluency in English is required for this opportunity

More about what you will do:

  • Project coordination – ensuring all projects are fully and correctly processed through ERP system in real time, driving project progress forward by seeking required inputs, closing projects out quickly upon completion, clearly mapping best-practice processes, and training more junior staff in the correct methodology.
  • Customer service – providing excellent customer service and prompt response to all internal and external clients, building client relationships by understanding their priorities and tailoring provided support, and being an expert in the handled concept.
  • Project reporting - regularly reporting on project status, inventory and project specific issues to clients quickly, with proposed solutions, providing feedback on delegated tasks, providing live visibility of the status of all projects and forecast stock demand, highlighting shortages to client or Production Manager and ensuring ERP system generates the most efficient reports.
  • Communication - informing client & internal teams about project details, planning, timing and financial status.
  • Troubleshooting and handling of claims of larger scale - identifying and solving issues with effective solutions and flawlessly exceeding client expectations.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in client services and project management within retail company, retail agency, retail marketing agency or similar
  • Experience of interior architecture; retail store fit outs, residential or building interior fit outs, or similar with understanding of the production and installation process
  • Ability to analyse drawings and floor layouts
  • Strong project management skills: outstanding organizational and planning skills (ability to juggle multiple projects), coordination of team members, great attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must. Experience with Adobe suite applications is a great benefit
  • ERP experience is essential
  • Fluent English is essential
