We are looking for a new colleague in Brno who actively uses German!

How will your day look like?

• Receive phone calls and messages by e-mail and chat from existing customers with requests.
• Process data from clients and record them in the system.
• Communicating with international clients from Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
• Collaboration with colleagues in your team.

Who are we looking for?

• There is no need for previous experience, we will teach you everything you need to know.
• The language is important however - it is necessary to have German at least the level C1.
• Also, it is necessary to have at least a communicative level (B2) English (training and internal communication is in English).
• Your traits include being communicative and helpful 😊.
