Junior Social Media and E-Commerce Manager

To assist our team, we are looking for a
Junior Social Media and E-Commerce Manager

Since 1997, ragwear has been a successful and owner-managed streetwear/ streetfashion brand based in Prague. For the further establishment and support of our online shop we are looking for a highly motivated and creative employee with an interest in a long-term, dynamic position in a company for which sustainability is becoming increasingly important.

Your tasks:

• Conception and realization of campaigns for our social media channels and our online shop
• Planning and creation of newsletters and online content
• Constant control, check and optimization of our online shop
• Creation and implementation of concepts for sales, marketing, customer loyalty and customer acquisition
• Conception, organization and control of our photoshootings
• Analyze shop and customer datas
• Customer support and advice
• Influencer marketing

Our requirements:

• Degree in e-commerce or similar qualifications
• Very high affinity to fashion, lifestyle and social media
• Knowledge of the current trends and tools
• Proactive thinking, turning what ifs into possibilities
• Strong analytical, structured and conceptual skills
• A teammate with fresh ideas and brand growth strategies
• Interest and knowledge in the area of sustainability
• Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
