Become a part of the worldwide movement Doctors without borders! The humanitarian and medical organisation, Doctors without borders, opened a new Shared IT Service (SITS) centre in Prague in 2019. This centre provides IT support to all interested parties around the world – people sent to missions, operating centres, sections and branch offices.

As a SharePoint Online Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of SharePoint Online.

This position reports to the Head of Cloud and Projects.


  • Provide consultation and implementation/migration of SharePoint Online solutions
  • Provide L2 and L3 operational support
  • Function as subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint to advocate and enable user adoption of Sharepoint Online
  • Deliver SPO training to key users
  • Build a knowledge base of recurring issues and their resolution or workaround solutions
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation
  • Perform data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
  • Ensure sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data


  • Experience working in a professional environment ideally in the context of IT Delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Information Technology field preferred
  • Knowledge of M365, SharePoint Online, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps are mandatory
  • Ability to work under pressure as part of project and support teams with experience of delivering communications and engagement strategies
  • Good written and verbal communications with an eye for accuracy and detail
  • Ability to create workflows using common types of event triggers and conditional flow logic
  • Knowledge of UX design principles
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle principles
  • Knowledge scripting, HTML, CSS, Power Query
  • Experience converting business requirements to solution specifications
  • Experience with Power Platform solution creation using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
