HRIS Business Consultant with English AND German or French

Our Team in Prague is focusing on the German and Eastern European market but also supporting other clients all over Europe by helping them to accelerate and transform their businesses, integrate Talentsoft solution into their daily business operations.

Your main tasks as a Business Consultant will be:

  • Talentsoft Implementation and Integration based on client’s requirements;
  • Introducing the clients the implementation and its technical aspects;
  • Analyze and understand client's business objectives and translate them into technical requirements;
  • Helping clients to develop strategies and policies adapted to business challenges: workforce planning, talent and leadership development, career development, supporting human and social aspects of transformation projects;
  • Assist clients in HR function transformation and optimization;
  • Consulting on processes and change management;
  • System design and configuration including technical setup;
  • Optimization of processes and troubleshooting;
  • Face to face and/or remote meetings with clients, regular communication with internal and external teams;
  • Participate calls, workshops, conduct presentations, trainings.

Your responsibilities as a Business Consultant:

  • Create and maintain long term relationship with your clients;
  • Deliver a system based on the client`s expectations;
  • Deliver system configuration;
  • Perform system testing with the client;
  • Conduct training sessions during the project if needed;
  • Manage and keep timelines and milestones within the projects;
  • Work with other consultants on implementations;
  • Support workshops by sharing knowledge and best practice with clients;
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base by sharing experience
  • Play the role of a BearingPoint ambassador;
  • In addition to the experience acquired in the field, we support our teams in all phases of their development (integration with consultants from all countries, mentoring, coaching, individual training plan, etc.) and offer attractive career prospects to those who will be able to invest themselves.

Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree;
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and German is a must. Any other language is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in HR area or HRIS Consulting;
  • Has knowledge with operational HR processes – eg. Recruitment, appraisal, training, compensation;
  • HR software knowledge such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Talentsoft, Success Factors is an advantage
  • Finance experience is an advantage;
  • Technical background (system integrations, data exchange methods) is an advantage;
  • Very good analytical and synthetic mind, excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good in solving problems;
  • Open minded and willing to learn;
  • Desire to evolve within a dynamic and rapidly growing team;
  • Strong adaptability and communication skills;
  • Willing to travel (up to 80% of working time);
  • Looking for a long term career growth;
  • Eligible for full-time employment (EU citizenship and already living in the Czech Republic).
