International SOS Government Services administers the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) providing high-quality, accessible health care services for U.S. Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas.

Medical Review Nurse

The Medical Review Nurse will work closely with the TRICARE Program Administration Team in Prague to accurately review and process incoming medical reports and distribute tasks appropriately to medical teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review medical reports to check for accuracy and completeness, raising any quality issues identified as needed.

• Process medical reports as follows:

• Closing cases where no further action is required

• Distributing tasks to the relevant medical team’s CRM queue if further immediate action is required in the care of the beneficiary

• Contacting the beneficiary to forward the MR and inform them of non-urgent advice for follow up care in the future

• Liaise with the Authorisation Executive/Customer Service Executive team to work on a daily caseload requiring medical input, and conducting benefit reviews for requested care

• Escalate complex cases to the Medical Review Nurse Team Leader

• Ensure consent and confidentiality is maintained for all medical information released from the Contact Center

• Escalate any concerns/complaints to the Medical Review Nurse Team Leader

• Be accessible and responsive to beneficiaries’ and colleagues’ questions and requests for information

We require:

• Broad and up to date Clinical/ Medical Knowledge

• Registered Nurse preferable

• Excellent written and oral English Language

• Must be computer literate

• Prior experience in utilization and/or case management preferred but not required

• Registered Nursing qualification in country of origin/residence
