We are searching for a Junior Analyst to join a very successful and world leading company with a great reputation and highly interesting portfolio of projects.

As a Junior Analyst, you will manage following activities:

Support the transaction team with the analysis of potential investment opportunities.

Maintain and regularly update the introductory deals log.

Cash flow modelling, subsequent production of memos (recommendations) on the basis of the data analysis completed

Support due diligence and negotiation of suitable acquisition/disposition through provision of data analysis (cashflow modelling, financial indicators, KPI)

Develop and maintain professional contacts with market sources to obtain relevant and accurate data in respect of transactions.

Where appropriate, accompany members of the team to meetings and inspections. Take notes and minutes where appropriate and work on the sourcing of research data relevant to the subject transaction.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • · 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in an analyst or comparable position
  • · Post qualification experience in the property market a plus
  • · Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel (Argus and Circle a plus)
  • · Able to understand cash flows and their relevance to real estate
  • · Very good English and Czech/Slovak language skills

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • · Numerate with a high degree of accuracy
  • · Confident and articulate with the ability to think laterally and put forward a coherent argument
  • · Able to work as part of a small team
  • · Good communication and interpersonal skills

Formal Education:

Graduate with a good degree (or equivalent) in Property, Economics, or a financially related subject, or the jobholder is able to demonstrate equivalent academic calibre.
