This is a full-time role based in Prague with Czech/Slovak and English languages.

Your mission

  • Own online archive - each document needs to be scanned and filled adequately into the contract register (corporate, legal, people, etc.).
  • Ad-hoc errands (post office, notary).
  • Communication support with different authorities (e.g., notification of changes with entities - new business address).
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Contribute to creating new amendments, forms, simple documents - ensure our templates are up to date with compliance requirements.
  • Ensure corporate docs translation as needed (outsourced service).
  • Handle ad hoc software procurement process.
  • Implement automation opportunities for all Operations tasks and iterate on manual administrative processes.

About you

  • Very proactive - always thinking about what can look/be done better & you'll be eager to fix it on your own.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail, highly organized with a strong ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Can grasp new agendas, are willing to roll up your sleeves, and are self-driven and proactively looking for new projects - identify opportunities and turn them into well-defined projects and own them.
  • Process-oriented - managing multiple diverse efforts, changing focus quickly.
  • Curious to know all the tools & hacks that make your life easier.
  • Honest and bullshit-free. You base your opinions on real data and are always open to new ideas and feedback.
