For our client, medical device company representing cutting edge medical solutions to patients, we are looking for the role of Office Manager.

It is a newly established role, which secures the coordination of whole representative office running including the financial related tasks in cooperation with outsourcing service suppliers (accounting, payrolling). This role will be involved partially in customer services.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB POSITION

  • Responsibility for daily operations and the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Management, coordination and communication with authorities, suppliers, and institutions.
  • Marketing support including marketing materials coordination, event management.
  • Customer interaction contact management.
  • Maintain and support tender materials and submissions.
  • Administrative and organizational support for company personnel and management.
  • Coordination of staff assignments and the delegation of tasks.
  • Ensuring activity deadlines are met.
  • Preparing materials for accounting and payments.
  • Responsibility for purchasing office supplies, refreshments, and office equipment.
  • Responsibility for office maintenance and office equipment.

WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Proven track of success in office management
  • Experience to support financial department, securing collections (accounts receivable)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in medical device area a huge advantage
  • Business acumen, customer focus, team collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, reliability, ability to decide and take responsibility
  • Willingness to excel in order to bring high quality service internally and externally towards customers and representatives
  • Negotiating, problem solving
  • Fluent English
