End User Support Technician

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to help administer, operate, and maintain our IT environments and provide high quality end-user support for office 365 and other applications. This person will work with remote users along with othes on the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a motivated technologist who can interact as easily with end users, business leaders as technical staff.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support to resolve office 365 and other problems

• Administer Office 365 tenant

• User account administration

• Salesforce deployment support

• Be able to support multiple mobile devices

• Create documentation and knowledge articles

• Monitor systems for alerts and other anomalies

We require:

• 3+ Years supporting End Users

• 2+ Years supporting Office 365

• 1+ Years supporting cloud infrastructure

• Office 365, Active Directory and basic knowledge of system and networking technologies

• Azure AD, Salesforce and Virtual Desktop support knowledge an advantage

• Willingness to work collaboratively with multiple parties

• Customer service based mindset

• Self-starter

• Excellent verbal and written English language skills

• Ability to obtain ADP II security clearance a plus
