IT Technician / IT Support in game studio

We are looking for a new colleague to our existing IT support team! Join us!

Responsibilities

  • Preparing of new workstations and upgrade existing PC´s
  • Diagnose and solving hardware and software issues
  • Set up new user's accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Allocation and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Maintain IT inventory
  • Providing technical support on-site or remotely
  • Configuring email accounts through Outlook and IMAP
  • Creating user guides and internal technical documentation
  • Acting as an agent between user and manufacturer when equipment must be sent for repair
  • Holding on-call time during non - working hours
  • Managing technical documentation
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer system
  • Installation and preparation of Linux/Windows servers (experience is advantage)
  • Configuration of switches and routers (experience is advantage)
  • Travelling between Czech branches (Prague - Mnisek pod Brdy with company car)

Qualification requirements

  • Ideally 3+ year experience in a similar position
  • Language: Czech, English – B2 (support for English speaking colleagues daily)
  • Experience in an international company is an advantage
  • Effective communication skills and establishing good relationships with other departments
  • Common sense and attention to details
  • Driving license B (must have)
  • Management skills (nice to have)
  • Technical knowledge and skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365
  • Administration of OS: Windows 7, Windows 10 (MacOS, Linux - advantage)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking (setting switches, routers - advantage)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Slack
  • (optional) certification
