For our regional Digital Program team in Europe we are searching new colleague for position:

Regional Change and Communication Specialist

As part of Digital Program Team you will support driving awareness about Digital transformation in organization and coordinate implementation and continuous improvement of the digital projects for region of Europe.

Job description:

  • Collaborate closely with our Digital Transformation Managers and Product Owners on HQ level during the preparation and implementation of digitalization projects
  • Create communication materials and distribute them via different internal channels
  • Support development and organization of training curriculum for new software solutions and arrange the creation of related training materials
  • Drive country rollouts and operational readiness in collaboration with the local representatives
  • Support definition and implementation of regional roll-out & change roadmap in alignment with the overall Digital Transformation strategy
  • Support development and improvement of Roll-out framework for Digital Program’s projects
  • Identify digitalization demand within the overall Region
  • Promote, enable and support SAAM digital agenda for Europe region divided into 4 areas



  • Successfully completed international studies in e.g. change management, business administration, psychology, economics, business IT or comparable education
  • Several years of international professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company or similar job
  • Experience in internal communication development
  • Experience in change management / change driven projects
  • Experience in stakeholder management incl. definition of communication activities
  • Knowledge of change management methodology and internal communication best practice
  • Understanding of business process analysis, ideally in marketing, sales, service or SCM context
  • Change management certification APMG, PROSCI or/and similar beneficial
  • Understanding of corporate IT and systems like Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud or S/4HANA beneficial
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English spoken and written in addition with willingness to travel, German is beneficial
