Junior Product Owner

ABOUT YOUR ROLE AND HOW YOU DEVELOP

As a Product Owner of WOOD's CRMs, you will report to our Senior Product Owner, and be responsible for the definition, design, and implementation of the CRM, as well as discovering new, specific solutions to drive necessary business outcomes. This highly collaborative role requires you to work closely with stakeholders, end-users and other IT team members to deliver quality solutions rapidly.

Your responsibilities are:

  • To work with stakeholders to understand and document the requirements, problems, and potential ways to improve the workflow and business processes
  • To define and document how products should behave at business, logical and technical levels
  • To define future requirements, based on requested enhancements
  • To work with agile established methods and tools to define, design, develop, test, implement and maintain solutions
  • To be the go-to person for data, workflows, context and impact questions
  • To plan, priorities and participate in periodic agile meetings and demos with the rest of the stakeholders, and collaborate with assigned product team members on epics, stories, schedules and issues that affect delivery and solution releases.

  • The ability to demonstrate an understanding of new technology and trends, and the capability to perform competitive analysis and apply critical thinking to drive innovation
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
